Join us for a special tasting dinner designed around Shacksbury’s unique hard apple ciders. Celebrating both local New England and old world European cider traditions, these beverages are best enjoyed with food. The evening’s chef, Tessa Holmes of Blossom Whole Food Kitchen has curated a menu that emphasizes the versatility of Shacksbury’s hard ciders. Over the night guests will have the opportunity to taste three different ciders alongside delicious Vermont grown food. Kim Beaty of Shacksbury will tell us about this fast growing Vermont business based in Shoreham, discuss the exciting Lost and Found project and their award winning ciders before sitting down to a family style dinner!
